Why do you want to be this rank? The reason i wanna become Kylo ren is because I wanna be able to help people the best I can with this rank I will be able to connect with all the sith and help build the sith I wanna be able to help the sith work as a team and know the meaning of becoming a true elite Sith. As a leader i wanna look forward towards making the best out of people and having the most active siths there will be. I want the sith to be able to stand with no shame or guilt i want them to stand with pride and great Dignity. This role/leadership will grant me the ability to do this and help out branches and create a great relationship with the Sith. As i said i wanna make the best out of the sith, I will dedicate my self to working with every branch/Sith i will show great leadership among all sith and HC. No matter how hard or how boring it is i will work with everyone to help improve there selfs and others. I will also work with Knights of Ren ensuring there doing there best and are the most elite and lethal they can be. I will make sure the sith are respected with Honor and leadership, This role will help me show great leadership and be able to help others. I have also been creating the Knights of Ren handbook. When I look at this server I see a new beginning of a great community and I wanna help build it. I wanna help strive this community to be a helpful and safe community I want people to know they can come to our server and know they'll have a fun experience I want them to hop on and have the image of I cant wait to get promoted or I cant wait to talk to my friends and grind out this game. I know this role will help me do this, My past experience I never really always had a fun time I always noticed either people didn't like to help me or just people never really had a good experience, and I felt bad but I would always end up helping create something that would change everyone's mood. I was always good at helping and teaching new players and letting them know they'll have a great time and that i'm always here to help that they can either call me if they had a problem or text me if they didn't know something. I know I will be a great asset to this server and community with this role I will do my best to stay active everyday and help as many people as I can, No matter how boring or hard it is cause all I wanna see is people enjoying there self's and having a fun time. You can count on me Ill get the job done and make the best of this role. I always dreamed of a role like this my past experience with other leaders wasn't always great they would always be inactive and never even cared about there team and helping them we would never do anything together or talk together everyone always lose hope because there was no one ever there to keep us whole. I always felt bad for my teammates and others that I see that don't have the best leader. that's why i've always dreamed of this role like I said I only wanna strive to make the best out of this server and community knowing people will have the best experience ever. ill always make sure everyone is doing there part like how there suppose to and not slacking off cause no one deservers to have a bad experience just because someone doesn't want to do there job right. ill make sure there in line doing there jobs and helping others have a fun time. Like I said its always been my dream to do this and help people out so yes you can count that I will be a great asset and never have to second think about me or anyone ever again. I will be able to grant people something that much people never had like I said a fun experience, New friends and maybe even a family that not much people ever had. This role will help me help other people, I will be able to host missions and do activities with people and once again as I said I will be working with commanders, Sub branch commanders and HC to help with there branches and guide them to success I will also be working to get more recruits everyday and make the best out of people.
Time Availability as the Position: My Availability as this position would be everyday from 15 to 19 hours a day
Experience: (DETAILED) Past experience i have had as a leader was the fact when ever i was a leader i would always do my best to make the best out of my group/team ive always made sure we were active and improving everyday and doing activities i really wanna push to get this role because ive seen many people lack leadership such as inactive, never helping or do activities with there branch they would never show the experience that these people needed. When ever i was a leader in my past experience i would always make sure everyone is having a fun time but also doing there job right for instance working as a team and pushing to complete our goal. I would always want them to build a relationship with eachother and others and work together and to never hate or dislike eachother i always made sure that they would also work with other people and help improve others. Ive been in clans with friends and even knew recruits and they would always show me support because i always knew how to lead a group or anyone. I would always show them my attention and be active with the group when ever there was a problem/situation i would always take time to sit down and fix the problem so we can continue working together as a team. You can trust me with this role that i will give the best leadership and best experience to people i fear that other people would only want to stay high command just for the looks and respect but thats not what its all about,yes respect is one but that is too be shared with everyone as a whole. As ive said before i look to be high command because i always had experience with working with people and improving people and with the facts ive said before trust that this will be no mistake I will be the perfect asset for this role.

ACOLYTE
When I was an acolyte I was fairly new to the server I had no one to teach me and no friends and I was sure that I was only gonna play for a little and never join back. But when I joined my first branch called KOTFE, it was different then I had expected they welcomed me to the server and treated me as if I was family. That day I made some friends and ended up learning the ropes and teaching me about ranks once I knew this U knew this server was gonna be a fun experience and would end up playing more.
NCO - Officer
When i started as an NCO i was now able to recruit people, ever since i had became an NCO i never stopped my grind i would always be recruiting people everything focusing on this job i was given and always being active. This role also gave me the ability to meet new people and help them too, When i was given the role to then host activities this is where i actually started getting a name for myself and i would always be hosting activities and trials. I would always be doing raids, conquest and activities with my branch i would always make sure everyone was having a fun time. I had also joined a sub branch called sions and was able to do side mission with my branch and friends like capture missions, spying mission, ect.
SENIOR Officer
As a senior Officer i was given a role that would determine my leadership skills and social. I was very active with the branch always helping people and even worked with other high leaderships. I always showed my dedication to the community and my branch even if i did mess up a few times. I always showed my love and treated people as if they were my own family i had a real connection/relationship with everyone. Around this time my branch was dying and becoming less active so i had created a new sub branch and perms this help build our branch back up and keep everyone busy, active and working together as a team. I always made sure everyone did there part and was never minging around i had made sure NCO were training and helping new recruits, I also made sure officers were keeping track of everyone and putting them in there place when stepped out of line.
DARTH
When i became Darth i knew that it was time to start acting like a commander i took every thing quite serious but i still always made sure my branch was having a great experience. At this time i had also made a name for myself, people always looked up to me as a leader because i always knew how to be one. Everyone was always active and on and we were even known as the most active branch. Sadly around this time i ended up having to resign from the branch and darth as i was going on a visit to see my dad but before my time was up i still made sure everyone was still being the best they can and keeping our name as a fun and active branch.
What makes you the better candidate out of many others? Well for startes something that makes me different from other as ive said in the past i dont lack leadership i will always be active and always improve my branch and other branches. i will work with them as a team and create a relationship with them, i will make sure they are taught correctly and given the right treatment and training they deserve. things ive seen on other server of leadership always make me disappointed with the fact they would never work with there branch or even try to help them they would always focus on other stuff like other games or just talking and chilling with people i push to make a difference out of that and even help other HC and branch commanders/sub-branch commanders trust that my leadership will make a big improvement in this community and server. And one very important fact about me is that i dont look towards this role because of looks like others might I really just wanna be able to help people and improve themselfs and for them to do the same for others, I just wanna help and build this community/server to the best of its ability.
